By purchasing tickets on-line, you are agreeing to the below stated Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

  1. All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. We do not refund or exchange for wrong choice/change of mind.* Wrong choice/change of mind includes all applicable reasons for you changing your mind or reassessing your choice about the ticket purchase after you have purchased it, including but not limited to illness, accident and unexpected events. 
  2. Tickets cannot be moved to a different date or time, except where required by Hunted Interactive in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  3. RESALE of Hunted Interactive tickets is strictly prohibited. Hunted Interactive will not validate tickets purchased from any other source than this website. No other person, business or entity may make profit from any Hunted Interactive sales.
  4. In the event of a cancellation by Hunted Interactive, you will receive a replacement service, credit note or refund. 
  5. All Hunted tickets are digital downloads available immediately after purchase at checkout. It is your responsibility to download your tickets. Failure to do so will not occasion a refund.
  6. You must arrive on time for your scheduled session and all locations you are advised to attend within the time frame of the event. 
  7. All ticket holders agree to the attached Rules of Participation

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

  1. You must follow all instructions given to you by us at all times.
  2. Participation is entirely at your own risk. In the event of loss of or damage to property or person, Hunted Experience accepts no liability.
  3. Like any other theatre performance, you mustn’t speak during the show unless an actor directly engages you in conversation. That means not interrupting the dialogue between actors, nor speaking to other members of the audience during the show.
  4. Failure to respond to communications sent to the email and/or phone number and/or other contact details provided to us by you during and/or prior to ticketed experiences is exclusively the responsibility of the ticket holder, and may result in your missing some or all elements of the experience you purchased. This will not occasion a refund. 
  5. Strictly NO downloading or sharing of any website content you are given access to is permitted to any person after any event. All Hunted Interactive experiences are copyrighted and cannot be recorded or reproduced in any way without our express written permission.
  6. Please abide by all applicable road and parking regulations in the area where Hunted Experience events are occurring. We accept no responsibility for any travel costs, parking costs and/or fines. 
  7. Hunted Experience accepts no liability for any third party or person you may encounter whilst undertaking an experience and/or any actions they may take. 
  8. Hunted Experience accepts no liability for any ancillary costs or charges you may receive from any other enterprise during or related to our experience, including but not limited to phone charges, internet provider charges, transport and/or accomodation costs or any other personal expenses. 

If the Rules of Participation are not adhered to, we reserve the right to discontinue an experience, or remove any person/s from the premises, with or without warning. No refunds will be provided in this instance.
